Second Half needed a website that could build trust quickly, communicate depth without feeling heavy, and convert visitors into newsletter subscribers and coaching leads.
The goal was to position Johan as a credible guide through midlife career transitions, not as a generic coach, but as a serious long-term partner for people ready to rethink their professional future.
The focus was on turning an emotional topic into something clear, grounded, and actionable. Instead of relying on motivational language or abstract coaching claims, we built the website around the real problems Johan’s audience faces: feeling stuck, uncertain, and disconnected from their work, despite being successful on paper.
The result is a website that helps Second Half feel credible without being corporate, stay personal without becoming soft, and guide visitors naturally toward either booking a call or joining the newsletter, without pressure, but with purpose.
